charmed stay near the dunes
helpful staff excellent food private atmosphere
the staff was really helpful throughout my stay! the food selection was excellent, providing plenty of choices. the hotel's location right next to the dunes definitely added to the private atmosphere, blocking views of other buildings from the balcony. i found the convenience of the app very user-friendly, it allowed me to easily reserve spots at the a la carte restaurants.
the limited parking was slightly inconvenient, however, i managed to find a spot eventually.

the service included very friendly and helpful staff members, always ready to assist with a smile! many team members were attentive and efficient, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and they quickly addressed any needs.

breakfast offered lovely choices, generally with helpful team members available. the food variety at both breakfast and dinner was comprehensive! plus, the included a la carte restaurants can be easily booked via an app.

The staff were generally proactive, always wearing a smile. the room was spacious. Its modern design appealed to me. Super tidy. i really appreciated the rain shower, it felt luxurious. the hotel facilities seemed well maintained, i could see the effort.
i did find the safe rental fee quite odd, especially considering the hotel's rating. it seemed like a needless extra expense.

the hotel's location allowed a 25-minute walk to playa del ingles beach. a 40-minute walk across the dunes led to meloneras. there were many bars and restaurants nearby too, offering options for dining out!

convenient location varied meals live music
The hotel has a very good location. it is convenient to reach various attractions on our list. car rental is about 600m away. the meals are so varied. Guests can create amazing compositions on their plates from the dishes served. entertainment was provided in the evening, with live music on el oasis restaurant's balcony with dunes views.
the hotel has limited parking. the entrance to the car park was blocked by a large truck filling lpg.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. The hotel's upkeep impressed me. It was clean and seemingly new, despite its established presence. The food selection was quite diverse (I especially enjoyed the themed dinners). Live music events occurred nightly.
I found the additional charge for the room safe a bit unexpected given the hotel's overall standard.

varied breakfast pleasant staff
the hotel is located with views of the dunes a major attraction. the food was very good both breakfast and dinner offered variety and quality. i found the hotel wifi reliable. the staff in the restaurant were pleasant during breakfast and dinner.
i was told upon check-in that i had to pay for the safe a charge i have never encountered at a hotel of this standard. the parking space was limited. i experienced a very long walk to my room.

the location was good.

I really enjoyed this hotel! the staff were so friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. the food was amazing, particularly the variety at the buffet. I found new things every day. my room included a spacious balcony, and i saw beautiful views.
The elevator wait times, i must admit, were a bit long at peak times. I sometimes used the stairs instead.
